For vehicles with engines B38 and B36
before 07/2015, a different data status
has to be loaded on the DME control
unit after exchanging the engine. The
changed data status must be programmed
with ISTA/P via the "Conversion
installation of cylinder head/ engine
B3x" path. Installation note 2 410 770
must be observed!
